Walks

There's a network of great walks straight from the door. With a National Trail (The Centenary Way) running past the bottom of the drive, as well as the Yorkshire Moors, North Yorkshire Coast and Yorkshire Dales all within easy reach, Brush & Boot is an ideal place for any keen rambler.

Guests particularly enjoy the walk straight from the Brush & Boot door to see the delightful Baroque Mansion, Castle Howard.

 

​Wildlife

It' s such a great spot for wildlife lovers; with Roe deer & badger wandering the wood behind the grounds as well as Woodpeckers, Buzzards, Hawks and hundreds of native birds visiting the Brush & Boot gardens daily.
