The Brush & Boot offers 2 rooms, sleeping up to 6 on a self catering, B&B or room only basis. The rooms can be arranged as super kingsize, kingsize, twin, triple or family rooms.

1 Bedroom Apartment (Self Catering or B&B)
Located on the ground floor, this apartment offers a cosy, modern space with a rustic twist. With its open plan kitchen/living area and double bedroom with ensuite wet room, this is the most popular choice for our guests.
There is also the option to add the room above the apartment, which then makes a 2 bed detached holiday cottage sleeping  4-6 persons.

'Boot' - Loft Bedroom
This room is really something special, it has the feel of a cosy rustic loft, country retreat, with wooden floorboards and exposed beams. ​

The self contained room offers impressive views over the woods and across the fields towards Castle Howard and Sheriff Hutton Castle. 'Boot' is a first floor room and can be arranged as a super-king size, twin, triple or family room.
There is also the option to add the apartment below, which then makes a 2 bed detached holiday cottage sleeping up to 6.

Breakfast

A Light Breakfast can be set up in your room, prior to arrival, and consists of; fruit juice, cereal, milk, bread, butter and preserves. 

Guests can also choose from other 'in-room' options, which can be requested when booking. These options are: The Yorkshire Breakfast Butty or The Full Yorkshire Breakfast.

Pet Friendly Accommodation

No need to pack Fido off to the kennels for the weekend, the Brush & Boot  welcomes you and your furry friends to come and have a relaxing stay together.

With miles of beautiful countryside and traffic-free walks surrounding the Brush & Boot, you and your pet will have ample opportunity to explore and unwind.

 

Well behaved pets are welcome to stay at an additional cost of £15 per pet per stay. Please mention if you'd like to bring your pet along with you when enquiring about a booking.
